This website, dalysflamebroiled.com, is the marketing site for Daly's Flame-Broiled Burgers in Seminole, Florida. We keep data collection to the bare minimum needed to run the site — we do not sell your information, and this site does not ask for your name, email, or payment. Orders are placed by phone.

What we collect

• Website analytics (Google Analytics 4). We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit the site, which pages they view, the type of device they use, and an approximate location derived from IP address. Google Analytics sets cookies to do this. We use this only in aggregate to improve the site — never to identify you individually.
• An anonymous "Order Online" tap count. When you tap an order or call button, the site records only a timestamp and which button was tapped. No name, no IP address, no cookies, and nothing personal is stored — it simply tells us how often the buttons are used.

Cookies

The only cookies this site sets are Google Analytics cookies described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics using Google's opt-out browser add-on.

Who processes this data

Site hosting and security are provided by Cloudflare, and analytics by Google. Their handling of data is governed by their own privacy policies. We do not share your data with anyone else, and we do not sell it.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their information.

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new effective date.
